During the current COVID-19 situation we are doing our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible, however your order may face subsequent delays to the standard despatch. Once your order has been processed and is ready to pick up by our courier your tracking details will be sent to you, so that you can track your orders progress. We appreciate your understanding at this time and will update you if anything changes. Gifts can be ordered straight to your family and friends. We take careful measures to make sure our goods and packaging are virus free, our couriers provide option of contactless delivery.
All costs for shipping and delivery are charged additionally at the end of an order.

Custom Art and CUSTOMASK® NEO Face Mask
Production: Digital print 3-5 working days, Paintings 5-9 working days and Face Mask 7-11 working days. An email preview of the final custom artwork will be sent to the customer before printing.

Lead time for Wedding stationary 4 weeks from deposit being made for design and print.

Return & Exchange Policy
We put a lot of time and effort into creating our unique goods and posting pictures of our finishes, as well as sending out custom artwork previews before printing. Please understand the time it takes us artists to make these pieces. Therefore we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
