FAQ'S

How long does it take to create a custom fine art piece?

We will aim to get the work produced within 3-9 days of the order. It will then be delivered at the standard delivery rate, if your custom order takes any longer we will contact you via email. A preview photo of the final custom artwork will be sent via email for approval before being delivered or printed onto canvas.
Do we accept refunds or exchanges?

No we don't accept refunds or exchanges. However if you are unhappy with a purchase please contact us directly and we will look into it for you. Any custom piece will be sent an email confirmation before delivery or print depending whether it is wedding stationery, painting or digital art piece.
How long does it take to create a bespoke wedding stationery invite?

Please allow for 2 weeks for design and 3 weeks for print and delivery. A total of 5 weeks.
