We will aim to get the work produced within 3-9 days of the order. It will then be delivered at the standard delivery rate, if your custom order takes any longer we will contact you via email. A preview photo of the final custom artwork will be sent via email for approval before being delivered or printed onto canvas.

No we don't accept refunds or exchanges. However if you are unhappy with a purchase please contact us directly and we will look into it for you. Any custom piece will be sent an email confimation before delivery or print depending whether it is a painting or digital art piece.
